Tiny House Fest – Brattleborro Vermont – 2018

Recently I decided I should start going to more extroverted places on the weekend, maybe quirky little mom and pop shops, museums, or festivals, leaving my more isolated hikes into the woods or cemeteries for weekdays. There’s always more things to share about New England after all! Every time I feel like I have scraped… Continue reading Tiny House Fest – Brattleborro Vermont – 2018

A Quick Winter Update and a Reminder Spring is Coming!

So I admit I didn’t get out much this winter but I still have been busy figuring out what to do with spring once it gets here. I have scheduled myself to visit more ruins, castles, haunted places, light houses, quirky one-of-a-kind mom and pop shops, perhaps a few farms, as well as more nature trails and museums. Who knows, I might even indulge in another passion – food! And to add to the excitement I am expanding to my repertoire of photos and writing with my very first video! I am hoping future videos will include interviews with more interesting local personalities, or at least with more subject matter than just me blathering on! ENJOY!

Screw Auger Falls – Grafton Notch State Park Maine

Screw Auger Falls was another one of the waterfalls listed on the Ultimate Maine Waterfall Tour and it was the next on my list, even though by now it was getting late in the day. As usual I did no research and had no idea what I was driving into… which ended up being… Continue reading Screw Auger Falls – Grafton Notch State Park Maine
